The Narrative of Social Data

Social media is the only advertising medium that provides an on-the-record conversation between brands and consumers. It is therefore both a crucial and an inherently risky conversation space for marketers.
During this 60 minute workshop, we’ll be exploring how organisations can harness the full power of social data and insights to:
Inform business decisions
Create a brand narrative
Prevent and manage social crisis and risks
A hands-on session, “The Narrative of Social Data” will be moderated by Spredfast+Lithium’s EMEA Digital Strategy Director, Anurag Abinashi, and Claudius Henrichs – Best Practice Center Lead. Both facilitators are experts in their fields, coming from an extensive background in strategy development and digital marketing across a broad range of sectors.
